Dancehall artiste Epixode has asserted his place among Ghana’s top live performers, citing years of experience and a strong artistic background as key to his stagecraft.
Speaking in an interview with Kafui Dey on April 13, 2026, Epixode said his performances go beyond music, delivering a complete artistic experience.
“I’m proud that I’m one of the best performers in Ghana… because I’ve seen what I’ve done with my performance over the years,” he stated.
He explained that his background in the arts plays a major role in shaping his stage concepts, blending elements of Ragga, Afrobeats, and visual creativity.
“When you come to Epixode’s concert, you will have a bit of Ragga, Afrobeats and arts. It’s not just listening to the music; you will see things,” he said.
Epixode added that every detail, including his costumes, is intentionally designed to elevate the audience’s experience.
“Even the costume alone is another experience,” he noted.
He further emphasised the strong connection between art and music in his work, describing them as inseparable elements that continuously inspire his creativity.
