The Ghana Education Service (GES) has initiated the application process for the recruitment of new teachers, encouraging qualified graduates to submit their applications for positions available throughout the country.
In a vacancy announcement dated April 10, 2026, the Service indicated that it is in search of passionate and dedicated individuals who possess a Bachelor of Education degree or equivalent qualifications to become part of its workforce.
As stated, successful candidates will be expected to employ modern, technology-driven teaching methods, assist learners with diverse educational needs, and aid students in developing robust research skills utilizing digital tools.
Teachers will also be tasked with evaluating student performance through various methods while complying with national professional and ethical standards.

To be eligible, candidates must possess a degree in education or a related field along with a postgraduate diploma or certificate in education.
